By accessing Vortex Studio and using its features, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Access to the service
Access to certain features may require account creation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights. Illegal, defamatory, violent, hateful, fraudulent content, or content infringing intellectual property rights is prohibited.
4. Strictly prohibited content
It is strictly and absolutely forbidden to generate, publish, share, transmit or store via Vortex Studio any pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, as well as any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content depicting minors in a sexual context. These violations constitute serious criminal offences subject to prosecution under applicable national and international laws, including the French Penal Code (Articles 222-22 et seq. and 227-23 et seq.) and equivalent legislation worldwide. Any breach will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the account concerned, removal of the content, and Vortex Studio reserves the right to report any illegal content to the competent authorities (law enforcement, CNIL, Pharos). Also strictly prohibited: content inciting hatred, violence or discrimination, glorifying terrorism, undermining human dignity, or defaming any individual or entity.
5. Moderation and Automated Content Analysis
To detect and prevent the distribution of prohibited or illegal content, Vortex Studio performs automated analysis of content uploaded to or generated on the platform. This analysis is carried out by automated systems (perceptual fingerprinting, AI-based classification) prior to any human review. Human access to content only occurs upon a user or third-party report, or when an automated detection score exceeds a suspect threshold, strictly within the scope of a moderation procedure. All administrator access to content is logged for internal audit purposes. The legal basis for this processing is Vortex Studio's legitimate interest in ensuring the security and integrity of the platform, combined with legal obligations to detect and report illegal content (including the French LCEN Act art. 6-I-5 and the EU Digital Services Act — DSA).
6. AI-generated content
AI-generated results may contain errors, biases, or approximations. You remain solely responsible for verifying, publishing, and using any generated content.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its trademarks, code, and graphic elements remain the exclusive property of Vortex Studio and/or its partners. You retain your rights over your input content, subject to any third-party rights.
8. Payments, credits, and subscriptions
Some features are paid. Pricing, credit, and subscription terms are specified on the Pricing page. Unless otherwise stated, amounts paid are non-refundable.
9. Availability and maintenance
The service is provided as-is, without guarantee of continuous availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical incidents.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vortex Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost opportunities, or financial losses related to the use of the service.
11. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge having read it.
12. Cookies and consent
The platform uses technical cookies necessary for its operation (including authentication and security). A consent banner allows you to accept or refuse optional cookies. If refused, only strictly necessary cookies are used. Your choice is stored locally and can be changed later via the tools provided on the site.
13. Suspension and termination
In case of non-compliance with these terms, Vortex Studio may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service, without prejudice to other available remedies.
